Finding the right therapist can feel daunting, but I aim to make that process easier for you.
I provide evidence-based, client-centred psychological therapy for adolescents and adults, creating a space where you can express thoughts and feelings you might not feel safe sharing elsewhere. There’s no judgement, no agenda, just genuine mental health support designed entirely around you.
My approach is warm, authentic, and grounded in real connection. I believe that when individuals truly feel safe and heard, something meaningful can happen; they open up, and that’s where the real work begins. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, moving at your pace, toward what matters most to you.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling like you’ve lost your footing, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I currently offer telehealth counseling across Australia, with in-person sessions in North Brisbane (Ashgrove) coming very soon.
Feel free to reach out to book an appointment or just to ask a question.
Registered Psychologist · AHPRA Registered · North Brisbane
I work with adults and adolescents aged 16 and over, and I know that reaching out takes real courage. From the moment you make contact, my focus is on making that step feel worthwhile. I bring experience across private practice, health, government, and forensic settings, giving me a broad perspective on the many ways life can feel overwhelming. Alongside the challenges covered above, I also support people through grief, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, and the emotional weight that often accompanies physical health conditions. I have a genuine interest in holistic wellbeing, particularly the mind-body connection, and incorporate mindfulness practices into my work where they fit. Together, we explore values, strengths, and practical strategies, not to arrive at a fixed destination, but to find a way of living that feels more grounded and true to who you are.
Outside of work, I value a balanced and grounded life. You'll find me outdoors, travelling, catching live music, spending time with people I love, and on long walks with my dog, Ruka.
